Ein Facilitator hilft Menschen, bessere Meetings zu erleben. Bei denen man sich gegenseitig erzählt und wirklich zuhört und tragfähige Entscheidungen treffen.

Der Facilitator hält sich dabei komplett aus dem Dialog heraus, hilft aber gleichzeitig den Teilnehmern das Optimum aus der Begegnung zu machen.

A facilitator helps people have better meetings where they talk and listen to each other really well and make decisions that stick. The facilitator keeps their own views out of the conversation, and helps the others make brilliant use of their time together.
